Are Digg Shouts Changing?

It seems as though something is changing with Digg shouts.  For the past two days mass shouts have not gone through.  Normally when you send a mass shout, you get a ’success’ screen.  This doesn’t seem to be working anymore.  You don’t get any indication that anything has happened on mass shouts. 

I asked around a bit today and it seems as though a few people are having the same problem. 

It appears that shouts to small groups (under 20) still work.  Just keep in mind that when you send a shout to a group, you usually need to wait about a half hour before you can send another shout.

Digg’s continues to keep its users on their toes.  It’s such a love hate relationship for me, but what can I say? I’m hooked.
